AlKashaf FC
AlKashaf FC is a brand-new project in Dubai. It is a hub for youth aspirants and football players looking for an opportunity to either start or continue their careers in Asian and European teams.
AlKashaf FC will be composed of players selected in our TRIALS, INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE program and talented SPOTLIGHT FOOTBALL ACADEMY players who will be upgraded according to the Coach or Agent choice.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF TRAINING IN ALKASHAF FC?
The players will be prepared for a period of 15 to 45 days to participate in professional club trials. They will also participate in friendly matches against local professional teams to be able to showcase their skills to those clubs and get an opportunity to sign a contract with them.
Please note that we don't provide accommodation, food, transportation and salary for Trials' players; We just provide training.
For the International Experience program, please find out the terms and conditions for staying in Dubai.
Players living in Dubai and other cities in the United Arab Emirates can also join the program.

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO TRAIN WITH THE SQUAD TO BE ABLE TO TRY OUT FOR A PROFESSIONAL CLUB?
For the TRIAL players: Once the player signs the Squad Agreement, he must train for a minimum of 30 days with the Squad.
If the coach and the agent find that the player is ready to try out for a professional club, he will be sent to a club that fits his profile and that requires his position.

For the INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE players: It same applies for these players, except for the minimum period which will be 15 days.

DO I NEED TO PAY TO TRY OUT ABROAD?

If you showcase excellent physical, technical, tactical and mental skills and you are considered a professional by the coach and agent, you will be certainly rewarded with a trip abroad, but remember, you need to be "BETTER THAN THE BEST" for such an opportunity.

High-performance training is about improving your overall skills in a short period of training, and for that, you must see every training session as the most important moment of your career.

WHERE IS ALKASHAF FC BASED AND HOW CAN I TRAIN WITH THE TEAM IF I AM NOT LIVING IN THIS CITY?
​
The Squad is based in Dubai and the core players we select are Dubai residents.
If you live in another country, you have the option to choose our International Experience program. The same rule applies for players living in another UAE city.
