TRIALS
Spotlight Trials are for aspirant and professional players willing to sign a professional contract. Once selected, the players will be prepared and sent to try out in professional clubs in Asia or Europe.
WHO IS GOING TO SCOUT THE PLAYERS?

Spotlight has connections with professional clubs in several countires. All talented players spotted will be reported to the clubs and get an opportunity to try out on the interested ones.

Coach Mattia Lorini is an Italian UEFA B Licensed coach with experience in Europe and Asia. He is the Head Coach of Hellas Verona Football Academy in Kuwait and represents Spotlight in the country.
HOW DOES THE TRIAL WORK AND WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO GET THE RESULTS?

Standard trial time: 90 minutes

Part I
- Drills to analyze the physical and technical skills of the players.
​
Part II
- Match to analyze players tactical knowledge and behavior.
​
The coach analyzes the trial's videos and send the results 3 to 5 days after the trial.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE SELECTED?
You will sign a pre-contract with Spotlight and we will prepare you for trials in professional clubs.

WHAT CLUBS CAN YOU JOIN?
Spotlight will send you to clubs that we believe fit your profile.

IS IT FREE?
No, there is a registration fee to try out.
